What siddur is used by the various MA kehilla in the US and Eretz Yisroel.
Has Rav Hamburger said one is more precise than another? I know there have been siddurim posts before, but I haven't seen a comprehensive post detailing the full range of siddurim used.
Also, what is used for Haggodah?

While far from authoritative, I personally use an old Koren siddur (c. 2000) with copious notes on nuschaos, girso'os, and minhogim.
Please note that the new Hebrew-only Koren siddur (c. 2009 ed seq.) omits "chutznik" tefillos such as ברוך ה׳ לעולם by Ma'ariv and no current Koren siddurim include שיר מזמר לאסף after Shacharis or שיר המעלות before Ma'ariv and some changes are made in the order of b'rochos in ברכות השחר.

In KAYJ we use the Rodelheim Siddurim, and Siddur Tefillas Yeshurun 1st edition (cuurently out of print). In that edition, most of our Nuscho'os are brought at the bottom, as a נ"מ (Nusach Mekubal).
In Bnei Brak and Beitar (also MMA shuls), the new Tefillas Yeshurun is used (they follow the Nusach Yoshon).
