There is an issur to play or listen to music during s'fira and the three weeks. According to MA, was there any special custom regarding doing so during the rest of the year because of the general requirement to be מתאבל על חורבן הבית?

It is hard to learn what Minhag Ashkenaz was, because there were no tape recorders in the past, and live music was usually heard only at weddings (and on Shabbos after the wedding, done by a Goi).
