What's the minhog in the kiddush levono: do you say each verse three times, or is the whole paragraph said three times? (from Boruch Youtserch to Aleihem Tipoul).

Every Posuk is said 3 times, similar to the Polish minhog. The differences are that Oleinu Leshabei'ach is said in shul and not in Birkas Halevono, no Kaddish is said afterward, and Touvim Me'orous is also not said.

The Roedeleheim writes that "aleichem sholoum" is said 3 times. Do we say "Sholoum aleichem" to someone and he answers 3 times "aleichem sholoum"? And then, we ask another, and he answers 3 times?

We say שלום עליכם to someone once, and he answers once, then to a second person once, who answers once, and the same with a third person.
