Ofan of Shabbos Shuva

In the Rodelhiem he brings that the Chazzan and Kohol said the last sentance(this is also the way we find in the Yom Tov Oufanim). In Divrei Kehillos pg 208 he says that the Chazzan said out loud the sentance starting Leilokeinu (in the melody of "Ram Al Kol Melech - from the piyyut for Kedushas Shacharis Rous Hashono), then the Kohol said the last sentence and after that the chazzan said it out loud (in the melody of "Asei Lema'an Shmecho" from Unesanei Toukef).
But it does seem that there were communities that had a melody for the whole Oufan, and the melody was kept in notes. If I get around to learning the melody on time, BLN I'll make an effort to have it posted too.
