Why don't you have a nusach recording for kiddush Friday night and havdolo motz"sh in Shul? On second thought, I think I was told that you don't do that, although Rav Hamburger does it in his minyan (in Bnei Brak). You do neither of them in Shul? I think that even some Shuls who don't do kiddush, do havdolo, as there are more people interested in the latter. Even if you don't do kiddush in Shul, perhaps there is a nusach to record and post anyway for those who do it?

In KAYJ we do Havdolo in shul every Motzo'ei Shabbos, but we don't do Kiddush. We don't do Kiddush since this was the one thing Harav Elyashiv told us not to do. Rav Elyashiv's reason was that since no one is יוצא, and the reason to do it is because of מנהג אבותינו בידינו, in this case since we need to rely on the Minhag to say this Brocho (and without the Minag it would be considered Brocho levatolo), We have to follow the Minhag of Yerushalayim, and since in Yerushalayim no one says Kiddush in shul (unlike Bnei Brak that always had shuls saying Kiddush) - we also should not say. Later we heard that Rav Scheinberg is מתיר to do Kiddush in Yerushalayim too, but after one Rav is asked - you have to follow his psak.
If someone were to be יוצא, we would be able to say Kiddush, and our new Rov, Harav Yehudah Gans is now inquiring about the issue.

My rebbi Rav Yitschak Shelomo Zilberman z"l told me that in the Churva Shul (in Jerusalem Old City), which was the shul of the Perushim (talmidei HaGR"A) they used to make kiddush in shul until there was an alilas dam at which point they stopped.
