Correct version of the Kerovos was created by Melech
Kerovos Orach Chaim (Piyyutim for Shovu'os):
Rav Hamburger writes in the Luach Minhogim that the paragraph of תעתועים המה found in the Kerovos of the first day of Shavuos has been heavily censored. Could you please post or link to a correct version of the text?

Kerovos Eretz Motoh:
In the luach minhogim for the year, Rav Hamburger says that in the section of Hashem Kononi of the kerovah "Eretz Motoh", many lines beginning with letter ayin, all the way until the letter reish were omitted. Can you please provide a link to where the correct version can be found?
Thanks,
Melech
