According to Minhag Ashkenaz we insert into the first brachah of Shabboth Qriath-Shma (QS) huge insertion "הכול".
However I didn't find this insertion in the Rambam's Siddur.

Hakol Yoducho is considered a "Piyut", similar to the Yotseros and Piyuttim we add on special events. The Rambam in general was against additions in the Davening.
