Nusach of the Concluding Brocho For Kerias HaMegilloh

Rav Hamburger told me he didn't learn this subject properly yet, but looking in the sources it seems that in Worms "הקל" was said, and in FFAM it wasn't said (as brought in Divrei Kehillos page 420). The Rokeách said "הקל".
I would like to add that Benno Weis also says "הקל", so it would seem that in FFAM in the last generation they said "הקל".
