nusach of Birkas Hashir (brocho at end of Hallel) was created by Baruch Schwartz
The concluding sentence of the brachah following the Hallel -- Birkas Hashir -- appears in almost all siddurim, mahzorim and haggadot as כי מעולם ועד עולם אתה אל . Only in Baer's עבודת ישראל and in Kasher's הגדה שלמה have I found כי מעולם עד עולם, without the vav. Baer refers to the verse in Psalms from which this is obviously derived (בטרם הרים ילדו ותחולל ארץ ותבל ומעולם עד עולם אתה אל -- Psalm 90:2): no vav. Does MA have a preference here?

The Nusach in all the Rishonim (in the end of the Hallel) is כי מעולם ועד עולם אתה קל. This is the Nusach in Sidur Rav Amram Gaon, Roke'ach, Machzor Vitri, Maharil, Agur, and more. We also find that in many pesukim like "וחסד ה' מעולם ועד עולם על יראיו", and "ברוך אתה ה' אלוקי ישראל אבינו מעולם ועד עולם". Chazal many times took phrases from different pesukim and put them together, and this seems to be the case here too.
