Birkas Hachamah was created by Daniel
What minhagim or seder accompanies the recitation of the Bracha of Maasei Beraishis? Is the Minhag that women recite Birkas Hachama? (They generally don’t say Kiddush L'vanah).

Does a woman recite "Birkas HaChama"? With shem and malchus?

Rav Hamburger writes that women do not have to say Birkas Hachamo, and if they would like to say it they can say it in their back yard with no Shem umalchus.
