Litvish Minhag

Question: if minhag poland describes a minhag close to that of minhag austreich as kept by German Jews north of the river Elbe, then what would you call the minhag that I find it places like the Mir and Lakewood. And Nusach Sefard is that Nusach of the Chassidim. You know, typical Yeshivish, Litvish minhag. What is the term for that?

I spoke to R' Hamburger about this. Seems you can call it the Litvish nusach or Eretz Yisroel Litvish Nusach. Now this nusach isn't purely Litvish as it contains all kinds of things from Poland and elsewhere, stuff from Chassidim, etc.
