For example:

Does it need to be written by a sofer musmach?
Do the Azkoraus need to be written after teviloh? Lishmoh?
What is the seder? Eg. Does the haftoroh for Yaum Rishaun l'Phesach follow Shemini? Is it in a separate scroll?
