KAYJ, Neilo, Birchas Cohanim, and Shkia was created by Melech
Does KAYJ try lechatchilloh to time Neilo so that bircas Cohanim will conclude by Shkias Hachamoh (of the Geonim) in order to fulfill those shitos who require bircas Cohanim to be finished by them?

Moreinu Harav Gans Shlit'o tries Lechatchila to have the Birkas Kohanim finished before 13 minutes after the Shki'ah. In case we don't make it we also have Birkas Kohanim, but Lechatchila this is what we try to do.
