Beis hakvoros/Beis olam/Beis hachaim was created by Litvak
There are different terms I have seen/heard used for cemeteries, e.g. Beis hakvoros, Beis olam, and Beis hachaim.
The first one seems to be the poshut straightforward descriptive term, the latter a euphemism and/or loshon sagi nahor, while the middle one is perhaps in between.
According to minhag Ashkenaz hamuvhak, are any of these terms to be preferred over the others? Where/when did the terms originate?

All terms were used, but a term which was used more than all those three terms was "Gut Ort", which means the good place.
