Birkos Hatoroh before a shi'ur

If learning after Omud Hashachar the best is to say all of Birkos Hashachar including Parshas Hatomid and Eizehu Mekomon etc. (see Maharil). If learning before Omud Hashachar Birkos Hatoroh are said followed by Yevorechecho and Elu Devorim. The minhag is not to say Birkos Hatoroh without these Parshiyos, there is an Inyon to read Toroh Mishnoh and Gemoro after Birkos Hatoroh, and this is done by saying these Parshiyos after Birkos Hatoroh.
