Are there any sources for saying Selichos before Shacharis on Asoro Beteveth, due to the late hour of Honetz?
If so what is the order of service, e.g. is there then Kaddish after Selichos?

Rav Hamburger told me this idea wasn't mentioned in the Ashkenaz Poskim books.
