Is there a rule for which nusach to use when different editions of the Rödelheim siddur contradict each other?
For example, "Hayoum youm rishon" or "Hayom rishon?"
Or, "uvashvi'i rotziso bou vekidashtou" or "vehashvi'i rotziso bou vekidashtou"?
Should I follow the most recent printing?
I know, Rödelheims weren't the most accepted siddurim in the first place, but is there a general rule? And if not, what is the proper nusach in the two examples I mentioned?

There is no special Kedusha in Siddur Roedelheim.
So I think the question should be: What are the sources of each of the Nuscha'ot? Where did Heidenheim take them from?
What was the Minhag Ashkenaz before?

The Rodelheim Siddur did not have the proper Hagoho that the Rodelheim Chumash had. Therefore we can find sometimes typing mistakes (and in the Madrich Lebnei Ashkenaz you can see many of the corrections), and many changes from edition to edition. After Rav Volf Heidenheim passed away, there were more changes made.
In general - the last edition which is "Me'iti" (year 5592) would be what R Heidenheim held one should do. (Sometimes this was closer to the old Minhag, and sometimes not).

I understand that the changes made after he passed away are definitely not reliable. (The printers after him don't have the reliability he had).

There isn't an old Nusach for Hayom yom, since this isn't an old saying (therefore both are valid).
The Nusach is Uvashvi'i (Vehashvi'i is from Baer).
