Ichlu Masmanim was written specifically for Shabbos Channukoh. Its words are "אכלו משמנים וסולת רבוכה תורים ובני יונה שבת וחנוכה". Chanukoh is also mentioned at the end of the chorus.
Rav Leib Berabi Ozer was not very happy with the song Ichlu Masmanim, therefore he wrote Ezkeroh Rachamecho, and his instructions were that it should be sung in the melody of Ichlu Masmanim. Therefore - even though there are some different melodies for Ichlu Masmanim, usually Ezkero Rachamecho is sung in the same melody as Ichlu Mashmanim.
