Zemiros melodies of Ashkenaz נוצר על ידי SBS
Are there recordings of Zemiros used for various occasions as sung in Ashkenaz perhaps in the days of the Maharil (Shabbos, Yom Tov, weddings, etc.)? Are there specific Jeckische zemiros with Jeckische melodies and what would they be? What are some of the older melodies currently known and are they still sung today?

We know of 4 melodies that are ancient, namely Ledovid Boruch, Addir Hu, A'apid and Eder Vahod.
The general "Nusach Hatefilloh" is ancient too (Birkos Shma and Chazoras Hashatz of the different times of year). And of course the Trop.

In Machon Moreshes Ashkenaz many notes and melodies of Zemiros are archived, but work on them has not yet been done.

Are there melodies of Kiddush and Havdalah available. I understand there might be recordings of how these were recited in shul (I would not mind obtaining these as well). However, in shul they did not sing Vay'chulu in Kiddush (having said it moments before) nor did they say Hinei Keil Y'shuasi on Motzaei Shabbos. And probably when Yom Tov fell on Shabbos, Vay'chulu's melody was influenced by that.
Are these melodies available?

In most houses Vayechulu was said in the melody it is said in Shul. Hinei Kel Yeshuosi is not said in shul with a melody, but generally it was done in the common (well known) melody.
