What is the authentic nusach of Aschkenas vis-a-vis the addition of the sentence at the end of על הנסים which reads: כשם שעשית להם ניסים וגבורות בימים ההם ובזמן הזה ,כן עשה עמנו ה' אלקינו פלא וניסים בעת הזאת ? These words appear in numerous manuscripts from the times of the rishonim, not the least of which are מחזור וורמיישא ומחזור וויטרי כ"י ששון , yet the Tur and Shulchan Aruch in chapter 682 leave it open. By the times of the acharonim we don't find this sentence at all, at least I don't recall ever seeing these words in a printed siddur/machsor and they are certainly no longer part of current Nusach Aschkenas (or Polin for that matter).

There are several parts of the Tefilloh in which our nusach is different than the nusach of the Rishonim, many of the times because there were different Nuscho'os by the Rishonim. We can see at Birkas Hamozon for example that our nusach is not the same as the nusach of the Rokeach.
