There is no difference between an aliyoh on Shabbos and an aliyoh on weekdays and most of the Regolim, just as there is no difference in the Yishar Co'ach one gets on Shabbos and on a weekday. On a day of matnas yad, since we read שלש פעמים בשנה יראה כל זכורך, we mention in the mi shebeirach as well that one should be zouche to this.
