Why is "mourid hatol" written in the Rodelheim in Hebrew? Is it supposed to be said?

The Hebrew edition contains different changes that were made in order to make the siddur more popular in Israel, not necessarily according to Minhag Ashkenaz.
Regarding this specific issue, in Eretz Yisroel it is a complicated question.
The old Minhag Eretz Yisroel, which Minhag Ashkenaz was based on, was to say Mourid hatal, unlike Minhag Bovel who didn't have Mourid hatal. Therefore, since everyone in Eretz Yisroel says Mourid hatal today, there may be no reason to insist on changing back to the recent minhag in Ashkenaz of not saying Mourid hatal. But in Chutz Lo'oretz definitely one should not change the minhag, and one should not say Mourid hatal.
