Brich Hu

In Kadish, and in every Brocho, one should always answer Omen at the appropriate place. Pouskei Ashkenaz held that one should not answer Omen after Shmei Dekudsho Brich Hu, so to prevent people from answering Omen (as done according to other minhogim), they said Brich Hu.
