Parashas B'ha'alos'cha- mis'oneniym was created by Melech

The Kitzur Shulchan Aruch mentions thae minhag to lein the first 6 pesukim of parashas mis'on'niym like the tochachah. In the shul I grew up in, the minhag was to do continue this after the description of the mawn (from "vayishma Moshe es ho'om"), stop again for the nesi'iim, eldad umedad, and the first pasuk of shvi'i, and then start again until the "vha'ish moshe anav me'od". What is the prevelant German minhag and/or the minhag in KAYJ?

I'm not to sure what our Ba'al Koureh does in the Misounenim. Rav Hamburger pointed out that Dr. Eliezer Duner of Keln (passed away shortly after the holocaust) says that the Posuk after the Misounenim is said aloud, as the Posuk after the Tocheicho is said out loud. This seems to reflect a wide spread minhag in Ashkenaz.
