Kalman Strauss of Washington Heights made one for Selichos of Yomim Noroim. Out of print, but there is a stack of them for sale in KAJMO (KAJ, Monsey)

R' Schuster made one which is linked to on the MMA website for yomim noroim. I made a print out which I've used for the last couple of years.
