This year, Shabbos Chanukah falls on the first day of raush chaudesh. As Sh"Ch and R"Ch have their own yautzeraus, which are said in this case?

I have checked R' Heidenheim's Dvar Yaum B'yaumau which says to use the yautzer, me'auroh, and zulas for Chanukah and to add the aufan for Raush Chaudesh. Can anyone verify this?

That is what we did in KAYJ. And the "Elokeichem" was of Rosh Chodesh.
