Are there any special chapters of tehillim/mizmorim you say at the end of davening after mizmor shir shel yom or aleinu on special Shabbosos/chagim or special days according to nusach Ashkenaz?

According to Minhag Frankfurt, every day one says Shir Mizmor Le'osof (Tehillim 83). Besides that, nothing is said, other than Shir Shel Yom (including Rosh Chodesh etc. - Borchi Nafshi isn't said in Davening).
