Does Minhog Ashkenaz allow for boys under Bar Mitzvoh to lead the tefilloh? If it does, what parts may they lead?

According to Minhag Ashkenaz boys under Bar-Mitzvoh do not lead any part of the Teffiloh.

If there is nine adult men and a Bar-Mitsvoh boy do the Minyan form? Or only if a boy will reach his twenty-year?

A Bar Mitzvoh boy can join a Minyon. The same applies to two or three or even 10 Bar Mitzvoh boys (they can form a Minyon by themselves, or make up to any other Minyon).

Do we rely on the Chazzakah of 2 se'aros with a minyan of exactly 10 boys who are just over 13? There is probably a much stronger chazzakah that not all ten of them are actually gedolim.
