Haftoroh by a koton was created by rallisw
If a koton is able to read a Haftoroh from 9 - 10 years old according to halochoh, how is accomplished? Does a godol receive the Maftir Aliyoh and recite the Brochous before and after the Haftoroh, and the boy reads the haftoroh itself? Is there a different procedure?

In KAYJ we had a few talented "Ktanim" who read the Haftoroh. They got the Aliyoh of Maftir, and said the Brochos on the Touroh, and did the whole Haftotroh.
Also according to the Lithuanian minhag, we see Ktanim getting the Aliyoh of Maftir (seen in many shuls in Eretz Yisro'el). They are Noheg, that a boy who's going to be bar mitzvoh gets an Aliyoh on the Shabbos before his Bar Mitzvoh (when he's still a "Koton"), and he says the Brochos on the Aliyoh and the Haftoroh (without reading the Haftoroh, according to their minhag that the Ba'al Koreh always reads the Haftoroh).
